Hot Stove Talk On HNIC

Al Strachan says players are mentioning Brian Campbell and Coach Q. are not getting along.  Al says Chicago not shopping him, but if a team really wants him, they could call…

Pierre LeBrun states Blues may be involved in the Pronger talks. Ownership wants to get the fans revved up, nice to see them getting involved.

Milbury talking about Pronger to Bruins and referred back to the report from Helene Elliott earlier today and says that scenario may have some legs to it.

Strachan says Flyers, if they can clear cap room have interest in Thrashers goalie Kari Lehtonen.

LeBrun says a few GM’s have told him the Panthers will hold on to Jay Bouwmeester because they need to make the playoffs.

Pierre also mentioned Alex Burrows may be traded.  He is UFA July 1st and if not signed, he could be gone.

Scott Niedermayer has been told by the Ducks he will not get moved according to LeBrun.

Pierre also says Lightning getting calls on Mary St. Louis but Tampa keeps saying no.

added 9:30pm, Pierre LeBrun of ESPN updates his blog with some of the above information and more trade talk too.

there has been some talk in past inside the flyers that they arent happy with the way JVR played in world juniors and thinking about staying in college another year but only the ‘right deal’ is the only way JVR leaves Flyers.

I didn’t hear it all, but supposedly Strachan said Spezza and Campoli for Brian Campbell. I can’t be the only one who thinks that ludicrous, can I?
