It is that time of year, when news is slow and about to get even slower.
Therefore, I plan to be in relaxed mode through the weekend. I am still around, but posting will be be relaxed, meaning when I feel like posting, I will.
The time has come for me to recharge my batteries a bit and recover from a very long season.
Please understand this it the first time in four years that I am doing this and may even extend the relaxed mode into next week, but I do need to do some things around the house and get outside and enjoy this great weather. Maybe even chase a little white ball around some green grass!

Enjoy the break Paul…your loyal subjects will try and amuse the masses with our independent sub-standard drivel until you return.

Don’t you dare apologize for taking a break. The weather has been gorgeous, not too hot for a change, and you deserve to take a break for something other than medical reasons.
Enjoy the time off, and I hope to see hardly any posts from you for the next week or thereabouts.

No need to ask us to understand. We all do. And those that don’t never will

Enjoy the break Paul! And don’t worry, this sly euphemism for cocaine and weed will be our little secret

Yes, please kick back and relax for as long as you want. Enjoy your break and recharge your battery for next season. Having to dig up hockey news on our own will make us appreciate all of your hard work even more.

Don’t chase the little white ball Paul, only pain and sorrow can come from that mistress…

I think the mentioning of Crosby winning his third ESPY award in a row can wait a few days. Just take your time.
