It’s the next stage of KK Challenges as we search for the next hockey savant to show up and grab another $100 gift certificate to shop.NHL.com or IceJerseys.com.
This challenge is different. With some feisty teams in the Conference Finals we figure that penalty minutes might be fun to speculate about. So here is your challenge:
What individual player from Anaheim, Buffalo, Detroit or Ottawa will have the most penalty minutes in this round? Also, please guess the number of minutes that player will serve in case there’s a tie-breaker required.
You must be a KK member to participate. It’s free and you can register right here in a just a few minutes. Your guess must be entered on THIS POST and time-stamped no later than Thursday, May 10th- 7:00pm EDT.
Winner will be established using the stats provided at NHL.com
Good luck!

Half way there Puckhound. We need the number of minutes to settle a tie-breaker.
So for future reference, it should look like this…
Chris Kunitz- Anaheim- 300 minutes

Corey Perry - Ducks - 8 mins

Schnei….Bertuzzi with 18 PIM’s
Yeah.

I’ll take Volchenkov from Ottawa, 14 minutes. Oh, and I assume you mean PIM’s charged to a player, not time actually served (the difference due to PP goals scored during minors).

Chris Neil in Ottawa
29 minutes including 17 for knocking out Brière and beating the crap out of Buffalo player who’ll try to avenge him in the 3rd game.
Buffalo won’t be the same team after this event and Ottawa will take the series in 6.

Hey, Not fair!!!!! We didn’t know McCreary was going to referee these games. Everyone knows he likes to include himself in the game. I would most surely have picked 100 penalty minutes. (For all players)
