I felt the twinge in my back early this morning, now suffering terrible back pain, hopefully just a muscle issue.
Will be back when the pain becomes bearable… Sorry for the delay but typing standing up just won’t cut it for me today.
update 11:18am
, Boom, just like that the pain has gone away. Laying in bed I reached over to answer the phone, and the pain was gone. I can’t figure it out, but hopefully it is gone.
Thanks everyone for the emails and comments, your concern and suggestions were appreciated.

Rest up bud, grab yourself some ibuprofen and hit the hay, need you ready for trade deadline!!
Just went through it Paul, 4 months off the ice, only thing that worked was regular massages and stretches at home.

Get well soon, my friend. And don’t be a hero with this, if it gets worse get yourself to the hospital.

Get well! I have a similar twinge/spasm recently, and tried to weather the storm with some ibuprofen. Finally, after 3 days in pain, went to the doctor, and got muscle relaxers. One day later, it was like it never happened. Get the drugs if it’s really bad!

If you find a miracle cure, can you send it along to Steve Sullivan?

By all means Paul, take care of yourself and take it easy. If this does not pass soon, don’t mess around and get it looked at. Hope your back in the saddle soon. TonyH

Paul:
If it came that suddenly and left that suddenly, it is probably a kidney stone.

Or someone pulled the pin out of their Paul Kukla voodoo doll.
Hope you get it checked out, though. Better chance of it being easy to take care of if you don’t let it get bad.

I reached over to answer the phone, and the pain was gone.
Glad to hear it has come and gone. I tweak mine from time to time and the problem can last for days. Not fun.
But what I really want to know is was there anyone on the other end of the line, or are we talking miracle here…

w2j2, That is scary, I emailed you.
Baroque, I think you may be right.
BTZ, It was my sister calling from Arizona, telling me the weather is beautiful there.
