Kukla’s Korner has launched a contest today at 99designs.com, inviting our artistic-minded hockey friends from around the internet to design a great new logo for the website
There’s a $200 prize for the best logo and we intend to implement the winning entry into KK’s new website design coming later this summer (with the hard work of Kevin at Venn Communications, I should add).
All the details can be read in the brief. Contest closes in 7 days.
Note: submissions must be submitted via 99designs.com. Please don’t email them to us directly as they will not qualify for the prize.

Thanks, Jennifer. I worded that badly. I’ll steal your correction and add it to the contest site now.

You should know that it says on the 99 designs site that the logo “submitted in vector format like that produced by Adobe Photoshop” however that is wrong. Photoshop produces rasterized images not vector. Logos should always be created in a vector program like Illustrator or Freehand.
