Leafs Sign Restricted FA Gunnarsson for 2 Years

The Toronto Maple Leafs signed restricted free agent defenceman Carl Gunnarsson to a two-year contract, the club announced on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old Gunnarsson played 68 games with the Blue and White last season, collecting four goals and 16 assists with 14 penalty minutes. He ranked third among Leafs defencemen in points and fourth on the team in blocked shots.
