Oh jeez, here we go. Vinny is finally playing a little bit better - likely due to the fact that he’s putting in the kind of effort Marty St. Louis does every night - and now everyone is soooo amazed that he wasn’t selected for Team Canada!! Whooptie-doo, he scored a goal between his legs when he probably could have knocked it in just as easily without the show-boating. Why does this garner more attention than when MSL goes into the corners and kills himself, as usual, to actually get the puck to Vinny, who’s usually just waiting in the high slot, not moving his feet?
Sorry Mike, nothing personal. I just am so sick of all the sunshine being blown towards Vinny when he spent the first 40 games of the season absolutely dogging it. If anyone should have been picked for Team Canada, it’s Marty. Color me biased.

That’s more about the thought process of getting the puck on net than the actual skill to do it, which by the way was also sensational .

Can’t believe Lecavalier was left off the Team Canada squad.
Anyway, that was a great goal.. so fast with his stick there, couldn’t see what happened until I saw the replay of it, just a wonderful goal !
