from Rich Chere of the Star-Ledger,
Now that he is starting to get a feel for his new team, coach Jacques Lemaire compared the Devils to the Minnesota Wild.
The Devils, he said, are better up front.
“I think the puck control is better,” Lemaire said Tuesday. “I haven’t looked at the difference in the defensemen. I think the forwards here are better with the puck. They use each other better. We had one line that was good at it in Minny. From what I see here, we have two. And we have a kid line good at it.”
