Lidstrom On Course To Return In Two Weeks

from Ansar Khan at Mlive,

There is apparently an Internet rumor floating around that claims Nicklas Lidstrom’s injury is more serious than the Red Wings are letting on. It states Lidstrom will miss two months because of a sprained MCL and a concussion.

Here’s what Wings coach Mike Babcock said about it after Friday’s game: “We think he’s two weeks (away), max. He’s feeling way better already, so that’s a positive thing for us.’‘

more on the Wings…

That is not even a rumor Ansar, but considering where it came from, well, let’s just say, you should question everything that comes from that website.

Not defending that other website but please, stop the bashing! People are able to make their own opinions and most of the readers know what to expect, ie nothing…

It’s easy to criticize when all you do is report and link to what other people write…

I understand how you feel John, but it is much easier to do what they do than what I do.

Making up stories like the one reported is easy writing, anyone can do it and it needs to be addressed.

Also, the lies and deception that goes on there, on a daily basis should be addressed by people like you and the MSM on a continued basis.

Hell, John, it’s even easier to criticize when all you do is read the work of others. And for the record, Yuk-land deserves every bit of criticism he gets. Why? Because he rips people off (even if it is for only 20 bucks) every time he makes up another one of his nonsense “e-something” rumors.

As for Paul, I’d be willing to bet he works at least twice as hard as Yuk-land every day because he makes a concerted effort to provide hockey fans with sources of actual news! Yuk-land spends his day just making stuff up.

Since i’m a reader of kk as well, you got to know i appreciate the work that is being done here. This site is a great resource for stories from everywhere around the league… Thanks and keep up the good work.

I agree that the 20 bucks is thievery for made-up stuff, but i still appreciate some pieces written on the other site, offering something different than mainstream medias and i’m not referring to the “insider stuff from sources or whatever”.

However, i understand you concern and share it to a certain point… It must depend on the credibility you give to this guy, whoever he is. From my part, i stopped believing in this stuff a long time ago. But i read similar articles in some major media groups that aren’t more convincing. If it’s really a fight for the truth and the end of made-up rumours, then the case of these people or “journalists” need to be adressed as well.

Have a nice day.
And again, thanks for the good work.
I enjoy many hockey sites every day, yours included.

John, as I mentioned earlier, you are entitled to your opininion and I would hope you visited other sites, because most of the KK readers probably do the same thing.

Getting different views, stories is what allows us to come to our own conclusions.

When it comes to Dwayne, and yes I had the chance to meet him but he avoided me like the plague and actually made up stories that you would not believe.

One day the truth will come out and all will be brought out in the open for all to view and judge.
