That game looked like a game played between grownups and some spoiled teenagers.

I like how in both the Wings’ wins, the other team has claimed the “moral victory”.
I just point up to the ceiling and say “Scoreboard”.

The Capitals are a team of brats. There is not a team more concerned with scoring goals and refusing to play defense more than Washington. They know one gear.

Did you read the article? Ted didn’t claim a “moral victory”. He said his team played like the teenagers and that they have a lot o learn from the Red Wings.

I was at the game last night. Very underwhelming performance by the Wings in the first period; but after that they took the game over.
Ovechkin was a huge disappointment. Was really looking forward to seeing him play live, but he was pretty much a non-factor.

Ah, I did. But did you? Did you follow any links in said article? Thanks, come again.

So, basically, a fan blog pointed to by the owner of a team constitutes the entire team and fanbase “claiming a moral victory” now?
I’ll be sure to keep that in mind for the next Red Wings loss.
