“I gave up reading blogs. I don’t read any of that stuff anymore because it’s this never-ending (thing where) we win a couple of games in a row and everybody’s getting ready to engrave this team’s name on the Stanley Cup, and all of a sudden you lose two games in a row, and it’s fire everybody and trade this and trade that. That’s fine, that’s part of being a fan, and it makes for good topics for discussion, but I can’t read that stuff anymore. You can only block it out for so long before it becomes irritating.”

Apparently the concept that blogs aren’t written for the gratification (or aggrandizement) of players escaped Money Boy. But then any player making $3.8M who’s on track for a +/- of -43 is probably not too happy reading anything about himself or his team.

Who’s he kidding? Anyone else here remember seeing or hearing of a blog actually ready to engrave columbus’ name on the Stanley Cup? They may have pegged you for the playoffs after some good play, maybe even credit them with actually winning a series.. but don’t kid yourself.
Everytime they talk to him he’s like this. He’s got the attitude like he doesn’t care, like it’s a good thing. That pic is pretty indicative though… once he gets paid he lays down.
