The Stanley Cup Champ should not be allowed to sign FA’s. Give the rest of the league a chance!

With the Bolts new owners trying to prove they’re serious about winning, the only way anyone is going to sign Rolston is to drastically overpay him. And we all know that’s not Kenny’s style.

As for Sundin, if he wants to join The New Swedish Nation in Detroit and take a shot at a Cup before he leaves the game, he’ll sign for $3.5M-$4.0M for no more than two years. If not, then there’s always Ryder, Nolan or Naslund.

Twenty-four hours and counting…

Fine.  Then hand over all your sixth-round draft picks!  smile
