Nieminen’s Charge Goes Unpunished

Blues forward Ville Nieminen will not be suspended for his hit on Detroit defenseman Brett Lebda in Saturday’s 3-2 shootout victory. Lebda left the game on a stretcher in the first period, and Nieminen received a five-minute major boarding penalty and a game misconduct.
