A KK reader had some time on his hands and sent me this.
No, I don’t want to see this, ever!
Come on Pennsylvania politicians, enough is enough, get the deal done.
Do you realize what can happen?

how is the state of Pa fault? back when the state was giving money to steeler, pirates, phillies and eagles to build their new stadiums the penguins said nothing.
Everytime the state made concession, after conession, mario didnt like it.
and mythical argument that the state paid for the flyers arena is BS. Ed Snider paid for the construction of the arena and the only thing that the city gave back in return is land to build the arena and the revenue from the parking(something snider still collects today)......

FlyersFan may note that Mario did not own the Penguins when the state and government was working with the Steelers and Pirates in regards to stadiums. Former ownership groups had driven the team into financial chaos by this point.
Our inept state and local government told the ownership year after year that there was zero public dollars available for a new arena. Even while we all knew the arena is going to need replaced by 2010, Penguins or no Penguins.
This ineptness brought us to this point, we no longer have the ability to offer a fair arena deal, we actually now have to compete with other cities because they did nothing for so long.
