Now What Toronto?

from Mike Zeisberger of the Toronto Sun,
Is it a case of the players tuning out Wilson’s message?
Perhaps.
Should Toskala and a handful of other underachieving veterans be Marlie-bound?
Perhaps.
Whatever the Leafs do, the product thus far has been unacceptable.
“A lot of people are upset at our start,” general manager Brian Burke said during a second-intermission interview with New York television. “They are worried about what we are going to do.”
And how.

I still remember the Idiots in Canada talking about the BEST top 4 D men in the league that Maple Laffs had with
kaberle - schenn
komisarek - beauchemin
UMMM NOT !!!!

Evilpens, you are being a douche. I don’t recall anyone in Canada saying that. And we’ll measure Pittsburgh after they’ve played a few more games in the Western Conference. I don’t think the Pens’ defence will be successful when facing Western teams. Ask Ocechkib how he felt getting shutdown in Detroit. Probably similar to Rosby the past two SCFs… useless.
Damji, Kadri needs to bulk up and I agree with his stint on the Marlies. The Leafs D has looked very porous considering how much money is invested in them. Burke’s hasty trades may burn him. This team is drastically underperforming, even with low initial expectations.

Voox UMMM Yes Pierre The Creeper McGuire & the Studio hosts were talking about that VERY SUBJECT the game they had on TSN in the Preseason with a game against the Pens
Nice Try ohh LIE !!!
Get over getting Beat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That’s your problem. You are listening to the Douche Canoe. He knows nothing about hockey. And one studio panel is not indicative of what Canadians feel. Douche.

AWWWWWWW proved you wrong & Now you can’t take it!! Just like you can’t take Pens beating the Wings, Winning with class is easy, Losing with class is a lot tougher!!

I called you out on your claim that the “Idiots in Canada” believed that the Leafs top-4 D is the best in the league. Quite a broad brush you are using to paint Canadians when in reality it was Pierre McGuire on a TSN game panel who made the assertion.
Not even Bob MacKenzie, who also works for TSN, would agree with Pierre. And Bob was born in Canada and is a leading hockey authority, unlike Pierre who is American-born and widely considered a windbag rather than an authority.
And about your whole “winning with class” spiel, you certainly haven’t lead by example yourself. Walk the walk, don’t talk the talk.

I have shown class unlike you, I congratulated the Wings & their Fans after they won 2 seasons ago & unlike you I don’t call your Players names or make up names
Also the Wings are still scarier than the Flyers, Capitals or whoever else you want to throw in
UMM where’s James Duthie from & Craig McTavish from & there was a 3rd member who I can’t remember now

shoulda kept kadri, he’s tearing it up in junior.
i think this shoulda been the opening season lines:
grabovski - stajan - kadri
bozak - hanson - stalberg
hagman - wallin - stempniak
mayers - primeau - rosehill
kaberle - schenn
komisarek - beauchemin
exelby - van ryn
gustavsson
toskala
now that kadri cant be called up, i think stempniak should be put in that 1st line spot, put tlusty on that 3rd line
wilson needs to change something, and fast cus this aint working. which means a lottery pick(potentially 2) was traded for kessel
