Ozolinsh Update

For those asking about Sandis Ozolinsh . . . The veteran defenseman did play in two games with Worcester on a professional tryout contract and did get one assist. That stint is completed and Ozolinsh has returned to San Jose where he’ll pracitce this weekend under Mike Ricci’s watchful eye, then resume skating with the Sharks next week. Asst. GM Wayne Thomas, who’s in Detroit with the team, said the process is playing itself out and advised trying not to read too much into Ozolinsh’s return to San Jose at this point.
