Pronger Has Minor Jaw Surgery

The Ducks could have a short-term hole on defense in light of their revelation that captain Chris Pronger underwent surgery Monday to repair a “small fracture” in his jaw suffered in Sunday’s 6-3 victory over visiting Chicago.
“It’s not clear how much time he will miss,” Burke said. “It’s certainly not expected to be lengthy. A game or two is the expectation at this time.”

First thought: I thought Sasquatch would just tear off its broken jaw and grow a new one.
Second thought: Too bad they didn’t also perform some major brain surgery as long as they had it on the table.

“...especially those two well-rested guys we added in the past few weeks who didn’t cost us a damn thing.”
Just filling in the part that Burke conveniently left out.
As for Pinhead, the “jaw” thing is just a ruse. He’s actually going to to have some fat liposuctioned out of his fat ass and transferred to his head so he can wear something other than a kiddie-sized helmet.

Burkey is American, a Lawyer and has the cup. Any combination of two of those three qualities will lead to a big ego, he has three of em.

Holland is superior. Its just unfortunate we dont have cry babies like neidermayer and selanne that take off and then come back mid season.
