It’s a good tune that symbolizes a wonderful way to win a hockey game. And you can bet the Rangers will be singing their own version of it as they move on to Philadelphia for their Saturday afternoon encounter with the Flyers. All together, the Blueshirts are now in almost-perfect harmony.
John Tortorella’s team was on key Thursday night in Music City, de-toothing the Predators, 4-2, in a match that once again featured the versatility, vivacity and — yes, yes, yes — the scoring ability of Sean Avery who was the game’s Most Valuable Player in The Maven’s view.
