Rangers Honor Adam Graves Tonight

from Larry Brooks of the NY Post,
They and we are honor ing a role model at the Garden tonight, honoring a superior Ranger who was and is a greater New Yorker than he was a hockey player, honoring Adam Graves for who he is as an individual, and not merely what he was on the ice.
He embodies all the qualities we wish for our children to inherit; generous, selfless and genuine. He is the friend you’d trust with your life.

Adam Graves, what a great individual. A true class act who knows exactly when to intentionally break a players wrist, especially if said player is 50000 times the player Graves ever could dream of.
Not only was he one of the cheapest players on the ice, but he also was an overrated tool. I wouldn’t honor him with a bag of burning dog crap.
This truly another gem from that idiot Larry Brooks who has yet to see a hockey game above the youth level. “He embodies all the qualities we wish for our children to inherit; generous, selfless and genuine. He is the friend you’d trust with your life.” If you want your kids to be like Adam Graves you should have your kids taken away from you and you should be thrown in jail. He had to hurt players to give him and his team a chance.
Adam Graves, overrated, hack piece of garbage. Couldn’t do anything by himself and Messier made him look better than he was.
Seriously, who honors such a generic, average player? The guy averaged half a point a game. Give me a break. Next thing you know the Rangers will honor Chris Tamer. Jokes.
I hope Adam Graves rots.

this is a guy who never scored over 80 points in a season.
another fine example of the Rangers trying to make up history where it doesnt exist.

larry brooks is a jerk. thanks for showing us how much Adam Graves cares about kids by talking about what his parents did and then passing it off like he somehow had something to do with that.

this is stupid, bill and losalamos, if you want to comment, that is fine, commenting with three names in a period of seven minutes, isn’t good.

Obviously a bitter Pens fan that is using one moment to define an entire man.

Adam Graves is one of the best people in the world. True class act, This guy has done so many things for New York and people all around the country. Without Graves we would have never won in 94’. Congrats Gravey on a good career, this is well deserved!
