NHL referee Don Koharski will join a select group later this week when he officiates his 1,500th regular season game.
The 50-year-old will achieve the mark Saturday when Tampa Bay plays host to Pittsburgh.

He seems to have put on some serious weight in that photo. I knew he was never buff, but that photo makes him look pretty large.
