Report- Kings Not Interested In Gagne

via Rich Hammond of LA Kings Insider,

...something I neglected to mention in the previous post is that according to a team source, the Kings no longer consider themselves in the market for Philadelphia’s Simon Gagne. So everything is right…back…to…square one.

Gotta take a chance sometime, Kings. I don’t blame them for not going after Kovalchuk if his demands are what has been rumored, but if the Kings want to take the next step, they better do something.

If i was the flyers, i’ll trade carter than gagne. flyers have a log jam at center and lack wingers. plus, carter is just like kovy, a lazy selfish offensive player.

Doesn’t look good for the Kings all of a sudden, does it?
