Atlanta, GA - The Atlanta Thrashers have re-signed restricted free agent goaltender Kari Lehtonen, according to Executive Vice President and General Manager Don Waddell. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

From what I’ve heard, Lehtonen accepted his qualifying offer. That offer is a one year deal for $3m.
