from Mark Emmons of the Mercury News,
“You can’t rely so much on your size and getting in the way of forwards anymore,” Blake added. “You have to be quicker. I’ve had to change my game, and you’re never too old to learn new things. I worked really hard in hopes of increasing my speed a bit.”
Blake told Wilson last week that he should have come to San Jose a few years sooner.
“I said, ‘Yeah, you should have,’ “ Wilson recalled. “But we’ve got him now.”

I get a “sessions rights expired” in the address field when I click the link. I understand the link is supposed to take us the San Jose Mercury site but it appears readers need to be registered to Mercury to further view the article.
I’m just guessing…

The Mercury News at times does require registration.
That is one reason I try to find an alternate link whenever possible of just point to Pollak’s blog which works perfectly.
