Sather Actually Talks

Maybe this is the summer Glen Sather finally wises up.
He chatted with a small group of reporters between rounds of the NHL draft yesterday, a rare public appearance for the city’s most elusive general manager, and said what everyone who follows the Rangers has known since the lockout ended.
“We have to get younger, for a lot of reasons,” Sather said. “We have to make some room for some of these young guys.
“There are going to be opportunities.”
