from Bob McKenzie of TSN,
It is difficult to imagine a scenario where Ted Saskin remains as executive director of the NHL players’ association.
The only question, it would seem, is whether there is a move to terminate Saskin, which some are suggesting is the basis for an NHLPA executive committee conference call on Sunday, or whether he resigns voluntarily.
continued... Settle this now. With the most exciting time of year for hockey fans just around the corner, we want hockey, just hockey. No court fight headlines, no he said this, just hockey.
