Now that was a stinker.
And since I still have caffeine coursing through my system, that 5-2 loss to the Flames gets a rare post-game posting.
The news of the moment is that Todd McLellan was upset enough with tonight’s poor performance that he added a 9:15 a.m. practice to tomorrow’s schedule.
Instead of relaxing around the hotel until the 11 a.m. bus to the airport, his players now have to be on an 8 a.m. bus back to the Saddledome. And I wouldn’t be surprised if an old-fashioned bag skate is in order.
