Sportsnet on their TV show stated a Richards trade has not gone down and talk is Richards has not even been asked to waive his NTC.
They also stated Kyle Wellwood has not asked to be traded. I am not sure where that came from, but I haven’t heard any Wellwood talk.
Also Pierre McGuire states McKee is not going to Pittsburgh, he talked to Davidson and he said pure fabrication.

I think the Wellwood thing came from “the score” and also was reported by our good friend Dwayne.

A trade demand by Wellwood would be pretty bold considering the way he has played all year and with his contract up. He may find himself traded to an AHL affiliate at best.
