I do not know why the first two goals scored by Toronto players made the top ten list for the year. They were not amazing, spectacular or worthy of this list. They were run of the mill shootout goals. The second one should have never even gone in but the player got a lucky break. Don’t know who picks the list but they must be big fans of Toronto.

Can’t believe the top 10 didn’t include Jason Williams’ shootout goal for the CBJ…where he deked and left the puck to slowly go 5 hole without ever really shooting it…that was easily better than any of those, especially Vanek’s.

Here it is…it’s so good b/c it’s so simple. My h.s. coach did this to our goalie in practice. Hilarious stuff…

It’s very ironic that the goalie (Thomas) who got beat the most (3 times) in this video won the Vezina Award.

After watching, the Jason Williams goal afore mentioned should be in the top 10

My bad, only 2 times (still more than onyone else) once was Fernandez. Nobody else got beat twice.

That Williams goal was awesome, should have definitely been in there.

That line “what a Datsyukian deke” bothers me. It wasn’t Datsyukian. It was in fact Datsyuk. You can’t do something like Datsyuk if you indeed are Datsyuk.
It’s just Pavel being Pavel.

that Vanek goal was nice, but we all know who is number one.

is it just me, i feel that datsyuk gets the #1 goal every year with that sick move.
