Adam Proteau of The Hockey News has recently co-written a book with Ken Campbell, The Top 60 Since 1967: The Best Players of the Post-Expansion Era.
The Hockey News magazine has, for over sixty years, delivered the authoritative word on the premiere puckhandlers of our generation. i looked at this book in the store. man, books of lists of ‘greatest of this’ or ‘best of that’, what a cop-out! why not write something with meaning!? all these list jobs do is invite debate because no two people could ever possibly agree on such a list. that’s cheap publicity. how about an original idea for a change.
