Spector has gathered some information on a few teams not involved in the playoffs.
At times you have to feel for the fans of these teams, they deserve to be rewarded and hopefully the future will be brighter for them.

This a good point - recognition should especially go out to those bloggers who continued to cover their teams, even when all hope was lost. Sites like Wicked Bruins Fan, One Fan’s Perspective, and of course the host of Caps blogs come to mind.
