The Sabres have a fairly new jersey, and the whole town went ape shit, hockey crazy this year. We buy stuff.

We sure did complain about the Buffaslug, and then we bought every single slug we could get our hands on. If the Sabres are at all smart (debatable these days), they’ll stick with the slug for a few years, and then go back to the retro look. We’ll loudly complain, and then everyone in town will buy new jerseys AGAIN.
You can say what you want about Buffalo, but we buy stuff. Especially hockey stuff.
