Jonathan Ericsson did last night when he tangled with Gilbert Brule.

Did you see that Brule popped the linesman (with a miss) for his troubles?

What has happened to this league.. this guy would have been ran out of town 10 years ago for breaking up a fight that soon let alone wrapping up one guy while the other gets free pops in. That’s just disgusting to watch. Damn you Gary

Insane. Brule was out of his league until the linesman took Big Rig’s swingin’ arm away from him.
Fair enough if they judged the fight should be broken up, but at that point the linesmen both have to know that they need to go in together so both players are equally restrained.

That was extremely dangerous. A group of average Joes from Louisiana could do a better job than the group of morons out there now.

I was pissed off with that. I think I recall Mickey saying that he has seen Linesman #57 let them go; he’s usually a good linesman. But for some reason, they kept trying to break up just about every fight last night.

That linesman really endangered Ericsson. I hope the league lets him know how dangerous that was.
