I love how some dude almost launches his child into the air… that’s how I felt at that moment.
On Z’s goal… that sounds like it could easily be the happiest moment in Ken’s life. Amazing last minute win.

Couldn’t believe we even got the GTG with 3.2 seconds left. Unreal.
TPH’s OT winner is courtesy of Helm’s fine, fine work.

Great finish. I cannot imagine the frustration on the part of the Flames, who played a good game.

Helm’s take on the play is. precious:
“Me and Bert were doing a good job down low. I was looking for him around the corner, couldn’t see him,’’ Helm said. “Swede (Lidstrom) was coming through the back. I just gave it to him and he took care of it.’’

“Swede
Wouldn’t that be a little confusing?
What do you say Bruce?

Lidstrom’s goal was, dare I say, Orr-esque.

That was the greatest game winning goal from a defenseman of this generation.

I saw Nick open on the wing there ... started yelling at the TV ... it felt like an eternity waiting for Helm to get it over. Phew!
