Dany Heatley, the newest member of the San Jose Sharks, will speak at an afternoon news conference today at 3:30 pm ET. The news conference will be aired live on the NHL Network and streamed live on NHL.com.

Of course, Heatley is only allowing his press conference to be aired on three specific networks which he has already listed to the Sharks, as a network that previously broadcast his press conferences reduced his airtime by .00001%.
This, of course, could not have been allowed to stand without reprisal by Heatley.
Further, there are rumors that he isn’t best buds with every single person working for the stations not on his preferred list of broadcasters, so yet another reason to blow them off.
