What Are You Doing?

People in Europe are waking up, and probably can’t believe the Stars/Sharks game is headed to the 4OT period.

Eastern time zone folks are barely hanging on, making up an excuse to miss work tomorrow.

West coast fans are starting to feel a little sleepy-eyed.

Will anyone score?

Still watching… 2 a.m. in NY… I’ll hang on up until 3:30 a.m., should it go that long…

As a die-hard Sharks fan and season ticket holder, I can’t be disappointed.  What a game, what an effort.  Best of luck to the Stars next round.

I stayed up until the end of the 2nd OT, at which point I decided that nobody was going to score anytime soon and just went to bed.  I see that I was right on that count.

I don’t know that west coast fans truly appreciate how truly die-hard east-coasters are that watch those games that sneak into the 3rd, 4th, and 5th OT’s.

I stayed awake until the end of 3OT. I couldn’t believe some of the saves I saw Nabokov and Turco make. Simply phenomenal was that glove save by Nabokov and the kick save by Turco in the first OT period. I couldn’t believe the effort I saw both of those teams make, despite playing for so long.

Good luck against my Red Wings, Dallas. You’ll need it.

I watched it all from here in Boston, and it was awesome.  I was disappointed in the result, but what a great game by both teams and especially both goaltenders!
