I know this is after the fact but there is a channel called NBC-US, or something like that, that shows U.S. athletic competitions like Skiing, Volleyball, etc. and was carrying this game and the bronze medal one. I’m not sure what digital tier package it is on my Comcast system, but I also know they are running some replays of both games.
