from Kara Yorio of the Sporting News,
As for Kovalchuk, he showed a little personality. He gave a Thrashers-Penguins game a little life. He put another little rivalry into the game. He showed a little passion and a lot of talent. Let it go, folks. Sidney Crosby will survive the gesture and let’s hope Kovalchuk is allowed—with two arms intact—to show a his personality and his skills for seasons to come.

Crosby is quickly getting a reputation as a whiner. Leave it to good ole Grapes to get his back solely because he’s Canadian.

> Hell, we’re OK with players whose teams may be 3-12 or losing by 20 doing an elaborate dance after making a tackle.
