Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have signed defenseman Kurt Sauer to a four-year contract. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are excited to add Kurt to our defensive corps,” said Maloney. “We see him as someone who can match up against top forwards and handle a lot of ice time.”

Kukla’s Korner is always a free service for readers, but it costs some money to maintain. If you’re ever in a position to donate a few dollars to help out, we’d be very appreciative.

They trade two of their best defensemen for Jokinen and this is what they have to show? Hopefully, a healthy Jovo and some more signings are in the cards or this team is not going anywhere.
