Simple, the guy is tripped, but doesn’t let the ref do his job and throws up his hands and flops to the ice like he’s been shot. They get two each.

That would be kind of like charging someone for murder, but then saying the murdered person committed suicide. How can that be?

I’ve never understood how you can have a penalty for say tripping, and a penalty for diving.
It either is or it isn’t. Doesn’t make sense.
