The Edmonton Oilers are working overtime to sell Dany Heatley on the trade.

Sources say members of the Oilers management team have arranged a face-to-face meeting with Heatley in hopes of convincing the star forward to waive his no-move clause

if this is all that it takes to get heatley, Gillis needs to go after him.  God, there is almost no notable forwards left in the UFA market. I mean , havlat is the most notable now, we are so screwed. OUR TEAM is exactly the same, BUT WEAKER.

It’s like a 17-year-old girl trying to decide on a date to the senior prom.  Why is it so hard to make up his mind?

First he wants out of Ottawa.  Then he doesn’t if it means Edmonton.  But maybe he might reconsider if they ask him nicely in person.  Make a decision, you silly bimbo!
