Zach Smith takes a shot in the head coming through the middle; Chris Neil and Ben Holmstrom duke it out.
Smith looks alright, far as we know. The only penalties on the play were to Neil, an instigator and misconduct.

that was pretty bad. That is the same type of hit richards put on booth, and cooke put on savard.

I didn’t see who that defenseman was, but Smith’s head was down as a result of the hip-check while Holmstrom already committed to hitting Smith in the shoulder. I don’t think he’ll get suspended. We’ll see, though.
