Henrik Zetterberg did not participate in the morning skate and is out for tonight’s game against the Canucks.
Darren Helm has been called up from Grand Rapids.

Crap - now the Wings only have Datsyuk and Hossa to carry the burden! ;o
This could be a building block for their chemistry as they’ll both have to play more.

Z’s been skating with a bullseye on him this year, I hope it’s not his back again….. Kenny can say groin all he wants, I’d believe it’s a groin if it came from Piet or Z.

Groin or back, I don’t know, but I certainly don’t believe the story that he injured it in practice. He was as slow as I’ve ever seen him in the game against Carolina, on the forecheck and backcheck.
