Robin Bouchard Breaks Minor League Career Goal Scoring Record

The International Hockey League is proud to announce that Muskegon Lumberjack right wing Robin Bouchard netted his 683rd career goal to become the all-time minor league goal scoring leader this evening (yesterday). Bouchard passes former Bloomington PrairieThunder forward Don Parsons (682), who has not played since the 2008-09 season. The record breaking goal was Bouchard’s 56th of the 09-10 season.

Dennis Hextall May Be The Next IHL Commish

Dennis Hextall, who played in the NHL for 13 seasons, has been offered the post as commissioner of the International Hockey League, he and a league source confirmed Thursday afternoon.
