Nashville Predators attendance update

Attendance has been a hot-button issue around the NHL in recent days, so it’s worth pointing out an update on the Nashville Predators provided today by John Glennon at the Tennessean:
After six home games this season, the Predators are averaging 12,821 per game in paid attendance, according to figures compiled by the team.
The highest paid attendance in the first six games was the Oct. 11 home opener against Dallas (15,916). The lowest was the Oct. 30 game against Edmonton (10,470).
Before the relocation mob breaks out the torches and pitchforks, please be advised that this figure is actually up from the 12,305 figure that the team averaged through the first six games of last season, so paid attendance per game is up by over 500, or 4%, despite the departure of Alexander Radulov and the lack of any big-name acquisitions over the summer. Overall attendance picks up in January, after football season concludes.

I’m sorry, the relocation mob is more focused in the Southeast right now.
If this keeps up though… you’ll get thrown back on the fire.

Put this team out of its misery…PLEASE!!!!!! Nashville can only handle a football team which is a once a week deal….actually less than that….twice a month. Any moderate sized city can handle that. Nashville is NOT a major league town. Columbus….you’re next…...
