IIHF to rule in favor of Nashville

From the Tennessean:

The International Ice Hockey Federation is expected to announce that forward Alexander Radulov is currently in breach of his contract with the Predators, NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly said on Wednesday.

But Daly said the IIHF will take no further action on the matter.
