Traverse City tourney starts today

There’s ice at the RBC Center. The first preseason games are two weeks away. These are great roadsigns to see, and they’re telling us that we’re finally to the point where we can say “the season starts in less than a month”.
Today, though, we’re getting a really early look at some of the prospects. The 12th annual Traverse City Prospects tournament begins today. This is the first year that Carolina will be participating in the tournament, which is hosted by the Red Wings.
Carolina’s top prospects are in action today against the Rangers’ prospect squad.
