Pens sign Fedotenko and the Dead Wings lose Samuelsson. I love it. I’m sure the Dead Wings fans will say they didn’t want him back anyway. They always have a way of spinning their crap after drinking their Kool-Aid. Guess Shero has some juice, maybe the great Holland could use a glass himself. Have a great Independence Day Dead Wings fans, independence from the Cup that is.
The PITTSBURGH PENGUINS ARE THE STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!
Get used to it! Let’s Go Pens!

Hopefully these discounts continue when it comes time for the Pens to resign guys like Letang and Gonchar.

Great signing for the Pens. Dollar for dollar, this was MUCH better than the Samuelsson to Vancouver deal.

“Pens Fan”, I not a Wings (Or Pens) fan either, but Samuelsson was nothing short of expendable with guys like Helm, Abdelkader and Leino ready to step in. Or, they can use the money they had available for him and sign somebody even better. 2.5 million for him in Vancouver is overpayment to say the least. But Congrats on the Cup win, that was awesome.

Nothing short of amazing if the dollar amount is verified. Keeping the first three forward lines intact is more than I hoped for before free agency began.
