Penguins announce ticket sales dates

From the Penguins:

The Pittsburgh Penguins today announced plans for the sale of tickets for pre-season games, regular season mini-plans, and regular season individual games.
• Tickets for the Penguins’ two home pre-season games will go on sale Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. As always, fans are encouraged to log on to http://www.ticketmaster.com on the morning of the on-sale date for the best availability. Tickets also will be available by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000; at all Ticketmaster locations; and at the Mellon Arena Gate One box office. The two home pre-season games are Friday, Sept. 18 vs. Toronto and Friday, Sept. 25 vs. Columbus.
• Regular season mini-plans will go on sale exclusively to members of the Penguins’ season ticket waiting list on Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 10 a.m. This exclusive availability is one of the many benefits fans receive by joining the waiting list. Waiting list members will receive a letter in the mail with more information about the purchase of mini-plans.
• Individual game tickets for the 2009-10 regular season will go on sale Saturday, Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. This is a national on-sale date for all NHL teams.
For more information on Penguins tickets, or to join the season ticket waiting list, please visit http://www.pittsburghpenguins.com or call the Penguins ticket office at 412-642-PENS or 1-800-642-PENS.
