Good news for a Max Talbot return: From the Penguins:
The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned forward Mark Letestu to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced by Executive Vice President and General Manager Ray Shero.
Letestu, 24, made his NHL debut in the Penguins’ 6-5 overtime victory over the Boston Bruins Nov. 14, and has appeared in two games for Pittsburgh.
At the time of his recall, Letestu was one of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s top scoring threats with eight points (3G-5A) in eight games. The Elk Point, Alberta native has played the last two-plus seasons in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, finishing third on the team in scoring last season with 61 points on 24 goals and 37 assists in 73 contests.
