The Penguins started to address their needs at winger by selecting right winger Beau Bennett, a 6’1”, 173lb. from Penticton of the BCHL.. Bennett was the highest-drafted Californian born player in NHL history, scoring 41 goals and 79 assists in 56 games this past season, leading the league.

I’m not going to pretend that I know a lot about Beau Bennett (or most of the draft class), but he seems to have a promising offensive game. Something of a project like most of the alternatives available with the 20th pick.
